Jason’s attention to each student is amazing - hands on adjustments and almost massage like, to help you relax into each pose. I’m not a huge fan of yin yoga because I normally find it kinda boring, but this was other worldly. I sweat an insane amount and felt like I was working while stretching. Not one of those classes where you just lie down with a couple blocks under your knees and nap for an hour.
